Like what I see with Fleming. Can see us maybe having a problem hanging on to him. Head and shoulders above the rest.
Just nice that someone has the ability and confidence to shoot, especially from distance. Don’t shoot don’t scoreTwo different sort of players but flemmings has got the potential to became a very good player for us
That's one of our big issues in not having the confidence to have a pop from o/s the box , we always look to play it to the side and cross the ball to our midget forwardsJust nice that someone has the ability and confidence to shoot, especially from distance. Don’t shoot don’t score
Agree - I’d have him at the top of a diamond midfield arriving late/unmarked to crosses similar to Cahill or Rae.Play 2 in front of him always , he can be the missing link between midfield and forwards and score himself. Even supply a better quality ball to Afobe on the deck rather than fired at him like a cricket bowling machine ..
Alex Rae?Class player, does not remind me of Jed though. He sort of reminds me of someone else but I’ll have to hold that thought as it’s far too early to call that one. Can he play Centre Forward??
Malcolm Allen. Thought he was top draw for us. Excellent on the ball and scored his share. Gutted when he left for a reserve place at Newcastle!!Alex Rae?
It seems Flemming is being compared with Malcolm Allen, Tim Cahill and Alex Rae. All excellent players but the only one of the three who was likely to score with either foot from outside the box was AlexMalcolm Allen. Thought he was top draw for us. Against Rotherham the goal was left foot and the free kick that hit the bar was right foot. And already scored with his head.It seems Flemming is being compared with Malcolm Allen, Tim Cahill and Alex Rae.
