If he had shot to the other side of the goal, he would have scored.
Why did he shoot to the side where there were 2 defenders?
The other side of the goal was completely clear.
Their goalkeeper was pony, he would never have saved it.
 
qpr were mentally set up, mentally better than us. therefore, with our lack of quality and pace, esp up top, we looked second best. which we were. they also have a player in church that makes one hell of a difference. even when he is losing the ball there's spaces being created. we don't.

Interesting listening to JE, keeps saying we need new players, but I really don't get the impression he rates many, if any, of the squad. If the players feel that way too could be a long 2nd half of the season
 
As said above, it seemed they wanted it more and we were toothless up front. I don’t think there is much point playing Rab up front as a lone striker and Watmore needs to look up more often. Not picking players out as shit all round really.
 
Pretty poor all round today and I wasn't surprised by the result. I watched their game against Watford last week on FawaNews, and to be fair, the second half they were all over Watford and didn't deserve to lose. They had a lot of possession and a lot of shots on goal. A bit like today really.

With all the talk of players coming in, or might be, I should think a few will be looking over their shoulders. Rab C for one. He's really done fuck all recently.
There was plenty of huffing and puffing but with no end result.
A terrible day at the office really.
 
I don’t think it matters if Joe can get in on loan one, or maybe two forward players that can improve us up front, the chances are they will go back to their parent clubs at the end of the season and they will use their improved performance for the betterment of their team, or offer them up for sale at a ridiculously high value which we won’t be able to afford!

That will put us back to square one in the summer, still needing new forwards to come in on permanent contracts! Maybe if there is some money left to spend in this transfer window, look at the lower leagues and see if the club can pick up a cheap bargain forward that is already match fit and can hit the ground running!

Jake Young, 22, centre forward for Bradford City, currently on loan at Swindon and scoring goals! That’s one player. There could be more!

Paul if every player shot 3 yards to the side of the keeper we’d have 9-9 games. Would you want that?🤣🤣🤣🦁
 
Terrible performance, we seemed to keep the ball in the first 30 mins and they looked shit, after that it went downhill we no ideas or creativity, soft goal to concede and Bryan is beginning to annoy me now, the cross should have been stopped and defended better all very slow with the ball trickling over the line. We had no ideas, Watmore ain’t the answer and fuck knows what he did when he had the chance just seemed to slow up or surprised he was through, Flemming poor again and taking Rab C Nesbit off and replacing with Longman up front I knew we would not score. JE did not seem to change it up and we huffed and puffed, the army of old bill outside put more effort in today, anyway COYL
