I’d like us to get Ballard if the sell on % is fair. Surely Ballard would rather stay in London, assuming thats where his family are. Sometimes clubs mention other players that they are interested in to help with the negotiations. I can’t believe we are just sitting on the sidelines as Rowett loves him and he fits in well.

I'd love us to get Ballard as well, but Cresswell might not be a bad consolation prize. Friend who is Leeds rates him highly: Strong and decent on the ball apparently.
