Club is losing £8m a year, has no real assets, and facing another minimum 22 months at this level. If by miracle it did get promoted at that point, the budget (with no assets to secure against) would need to minimum triple to compete with the likes of Preston, who also can’t compete.

Is this clown seriously questioning whether or not they could challenge in the Championship in 2 years? They are heading to League 2. Must be the most deluded fans in the country. Best they can hope for in 2 years is being exactly where they are now

Spotters not happy last night, after being dumped out of the Papa Johns Trophy Cup by near bottom of league 2, Colchester United!

Spotters took the lead in the 1st half, then on 76 minutes they had a chance to go 2 nil up but the United keeper saved their penalty! With 4 minutes to go in normal time, Colchester equilised and then 1 minute into injury time, United got the winner!
