Everton receive immediate 10-point Premier League deduction n/w

Only 10, didn’t they let Luton get relegated and then got -30 next season? Ended up in the conference. One rule for the big boys.. if there was justice Man City would be relegated at least one division, bet they get out of it

City can afford top lawyers who can keep delaying the process, it's also a different scenario, whenever mentioned in the media it seems that a financial penalty will eventually be handed to them.

Everton have tried to weasel their way out of a huge overspend and can now only afford Arthur to represent them in the appeal.
Luckily for them the bottom clubs seem to be weak enough for them to still finish 4th bottom whatever the outcome of the appeal.

Everton’s owner is a multi billionaire. I’m pretty sure they can afford top lawyers as well

He hasn't been keen to spend anymore of his own money recently and his partnership with the Russian, Aisher Usmanov, has been questioned many times, Moshiri took on 95% of the club in Jan 22 soon after Russia invaded Ukraine and Everton had to suspend their sponsorship ties with the dodgy russian and then it seems their money problems then became a mess.
Whilst we never know the full details, it would be nice for it to end in administration and relegation.

Arthur has apparently turned down the offer to represent them as Moshiri's downpayment on a third shed didn't go through.

Already moaning and being mentioned in the commons by their MP ,but if you do the crime don t moan about the time , they cheated and got found out ....tough
 
Why would Arthur represent them? He would be better off buying them and then unload them on eBay. When Zippy moans and complains, Arthur can then drive over to Scummyside and punch him on the nose.
 
Apparently the PL is now corrupt, it wasn't a fortnight ago but everton fans have informed us today that it is.
We don't have to wait for evidence as they have banners saying it's so, so it must be true.
Perhaps they will be happier spending many years in the EFL?

Everton even admitted they cheated yet everton fans say its corruption that they get docked points silly cunts, if man city dont get dealt with a similar punishment then they might and I mean might have a case for corruption

City situation is different, no idea what will happen whenever they get round to getting it sorted but a comparison isn't easily made given they have both broken different rules.
everton fans do seem to be oblivious of the embarrassment they cause their club, the way they treated Bill Kenwright sums them up for me.
 
Scousers moan when they dont spend money ,moan when they do, this time they spend to much and get points deducted be careful what you wish for and all that ,almost feel sorry for the real fans but then again there happy enough when spending 100millions and paying players tens thousands of week so fuck em
 
Are Man City delving into the accounts of all Premier League Teams in case they are penalised, as I understand that they have Tottenham on their radar regarding a transfer involving Portsmouth

Prem clubs are allowed to lose £105 million over 3 years. Everton lost £124.5 million.
They didn't spend that figure. That is the figure over their budget that they spent. The mind boggles as to how much they ACTUALLY spent.

Surely the Prem is just one big money laundering operation?
If they had only lost 100 mill, everyone would have just said, oh, that's alright then.
Nobody seems in the least bit bothered at the incredible financial mis management at these clubs, only that they stay in the Prem and can carry on laundering even more money.
Crazy, crazy, crazy.

p.s. When you remember that Bury went bust owing 250 grand and the Prem clubs couldn't even be arsed to look in their petty cash to help them out, it's despicable.
