Seriously? Offering a laughable and derisory amount isn't going to get him anymore money from Wall, if it was £5million then maybe.I can only assume that his agent put QPR up to it, perhaps he wants improved terms?

You're probably right, I just can't think of another plausible explanation to be honest with you Peckham. £300k wouldn't even buy a top League 2 player these days.Seriously? Offering a laughable and derisory amount isn't going to get him anymore money from Wall, if it was £5million then maybe.
https://londonnewsonline.co.uk/millwall-in-talks-with-danny-mcnamara-over-contract-extension/ Taking the p*ss or what!We need to keep him. Wall are looking to extend his contract.
£300K jeez I nearly fell off the misses when I heard that.
Is he on a long term deal or into last year of contract as has been suggested? He signed a 'long term' deal in February 2021
Just coverHmmm , Shakelton being a right back.
That was 18 months ago so probably is up at the end of this seasonAnswering my own question.
McNamara extends Millwall contract
Millwall defender Danny McNamara agrees a long-term contract extension with the Championship club.www.bbc.com
Added to that, he can see that we are building somethingpretty exciting here, QPR are going nowhere. Really hope he stays, if he went it'd be for the money only and I'd like to think he's better than thatHe is in talks with wall over a new contract. I think on balance we will keep him. Why sell a player who came on a bundle last season and is coming into his best years? given the cash that we are flashing its a no brainer, especially with the ridiculously and insulting bid qpr are making.
