I said on another thread that Peterborough's Cypriot international CB Kiprianou looked comfortable on the ball. I said that about Kitchin last year when he was at Barnsley and become one of the best CB's in the Championship with Coventry.

Joe Edwards saved Plymouth by scoring today.

How did Ipswich manage to go from league one to potentially the premiership in one season.

Was it Carlisle or Swansea that nearly went out of the league until late in the last game? Did the goalkeeper score?

The longest run of home league wins (59) continued another year in the Rothmans or NOW year book as a mate omitted Liverpool when he did the typesetting or whatever that year.

Emaku is not injured. Harris just doesn't fancy him

Perhaps Emakhu was given time to recover as he has sustained a few injuries during the season and if not 100%, easy to get a more serious injury.

Emaku is not injured. Harris just doesn't fancy him

I think we had a buy back clause when we sold him to Stockport.

    Championship relegation watch

If Leicester win tonight at Preston, they will be on 97 points, so a win at Blackburn would get them to the magical 100 points!

    recruitment

I watched Bromley on tv yesterday, and they had a young forward that attracted 12 bids from league clubs and is now a Brentford player. However, he had his left knee and thigh strapped with black tape and went off injured with a right foot injury.
