Jed Wallace

What on earth possessed him to do that after he set their goal up. It was daft he must of known that would prompt a torrent of abuse in return (from everyone). He was an excellent player for us and slogged his guts out until the end so to me yesterday was unfortunate to say the least. As for Mahlon the Marxist he truly got what he deserved.
Shown to be another ego driven, thick, out of touch with reality so called stsr footballer. Owes us nothing, other than perhaps an apology for his arrogance.
Proclaimed his move was all around ambition, but could only attract WBA to take a chance on him, a club going nowhere fast with a group of disparate players and fans foolish to believe otherwise.

I must admit I thought before the game I’d be quite willing to show some respect to him afterwards or if he was subbed off, give him a good reception.

Once he started acting the cunt, I lost the plot which I’m sure was his intention but it seemed to work against him in the end. After their goal the atmosphere was anxious and hostile and I could see the game slipping away from us, but we turned the tide back in our favour.

I loved that once we scored the winner, Cooper started mimicking Jed’s celebrations. You could see how genuinely buzzing he was. He’s becoming a leader out there.

All Jed needed to do was keep his mouth shut and he would still be held in high regard by many, instead he will probably feel deep down that he has somewhat tarnished the legacy he had at Millwall.

It’s a shame but he isn’t the first, and most certainly won’t be the last.

It was always going to happen at a club like West Brom where they go through a couple of managers a season, the bloke who signed him soon gets the elbow and the new man doesn’t fancy him much. I can see him falling out of the first team picture and eventually going to somewhere like Hull on loan before slipping down the leagues.

Someone earlier in the thread said we had the best years out of him and they are absolutely right.

Baggies got an 85th minute winner against Blackpool tonight, but the poor fuckers have only jumped up 1 place, to 23rd. They’re now on 17 points, 2 away from safety! 🤣

If we can beat Brum tomorrow night, and QPR win away to Norwich, and Cardiff win or draw at home to Watford, we will go back to 5th in the table on 29 points (and be only 4 points off the 2nd automatic spot!)

Exciting, or what? :grinning:

Life’s a gamble. I’m also bored and thinking about knocking one out watching some filth on pornhub whilst the Mrs is upstairs*
