I also see that Southwark are making more roads permit holders only for parking. There were quite a few places across the borough that had no restrictions or charges but they're changing all that now. Amongst other things isn't good for small independent businesses that rely on passing trade where the customer can park briefly. There was a load of parking restrictions, accesss for residents only and road closures implemented down near east Dulwich station a year or so ago. Within 6 months of those changes our local cafe that had been there for 27 years shut down because they lost 60% of there trade overnight.Nightmare
