2. Get some hand dryers (working) in the home stand bogs & smarten the place up.
A good idea...
Also, some Shampoo and Hair Dryers to smarten some of the greasy foreigners and long haired Hipsters up.***

We would still be left with the problem of making sure newcomers don't return.A good idea...

Out of interest do you pay Millwall to watch us live or do you use a firestick?1. Fill in the corners or find another way to increase capacity. Only Blackburn and Rotherham have lower average attendances than us.
2. Sign a quality goalkeeper and centre forward
3. Make a decision about Harris. If he stays back him all the way and if he goes find a replacement long before the next season starts.
4. Get rid of the membership scheme
The one that does me is---- they ain't regulars--- At one point neither was the idiot moaning about them not being regulars. We all have to start somewhereWe would still be left with the problem of making sure newcomers don't return.
I never managed to get those firestick things to work properly. They either freeze, buffer or cut off. When i complain they blame my internet connection even though i have super fast mega supersonic fibre optic broadband.Out of interest do you pay Millwall to watch us live or do you use a firestick?
Always worth planning aheadWe don't fill the ground as it is. There maybe an argument for more seats if we went up but not currently.
All the more reason to increase capacityWe are just one club in a big city that has umpteen clubs. Stop comparing us moaning about and what we do or don't do. The club is improving year on year. This is our longest stay in this division since the 60's/70's. We are buying younger players. Players that will be sold for profit. We are now viewed by outsiders and overseas fans as a safe ground to come and watch football. Our gates are better than 88/89 season.
But but but. People moan about day trippers that drop a longun plus per visit. The price of match tickets. The brand of football. Memberships etc.
With what?
The 70's was the golden age of everythingBecause you are stuck in the 70's? You do know why it exists right? It benefits the fans too at times. It also raises revenue. You want to shut off a revenue stream by eradicating the membership scheme. How does that work?
The 70's was the golden age of everything
Shall we get a contractor in or have a mass DIY project next weekend?Take all the seats out.
Fuzz toneYes!! The introduction to Porn movies.
All that Wah-Wah Guitar blew my mind...

, did you see the Garcia/Haney fight. Good fight.Shall we get a contractor in or have a mass DIY project next weekend?
Should we ask Luton for an end of season friendly?Shall we get a contractor in or have a mass DIY project next weekend?
I didn't stay up to watch it but saw the knock downs this morning. I was quite surprised at the result. All a bit strange with Garcia missing weight etc.Off topic

Get the match day program back. Oh Johnny Foreigner will buy tons to take home.
True, and excellent value, unfortunately sells out very quickly and to be certain of getting a copy need to arrive early.WE have a programme produced by real millwall fans and only a £1 ,not filled with adverts just about the game
Always worth planning ahead
Where's the money coming from? All the more reason to increase capacity
Filling in the corners was part of the original plan. But maybe the away end could be segregated with a metal fence similar to the way they segregated the Ilderton road end at the real Den.Where's the money coming from?
It would probably be easier, less expensive to put another tier on the CBL than it would filling in the corners. How would joining the away end with the east and west stands work? It would need segregation so how extra seats would be actually usable?
Where's the money coming from and how many extra seats between the away end and home? I'm trying to picture it in my head and i don't think the gaps/ distance between the stands are are huge. There's also access and emergency exits plus other factors to consider. You haven't thought this through have you?Filling in the corners was part of the original plan. But maybe the away end could be segregated with a metal fence similar to the way they segregated the Ilderton road end at the real Den.
