Any transfer news yet from our man in the car park?
Son of Pierre, who scored a fuck tonne of goals in a good career. Celtic, Forest, Feyenoord, Fenerbahce...Sydney van Hooijdoonk, 22, Heerenveen.
Pacy forward, can score with both feet - valued at €3M (£2.6M) on Transfermarkt! Plays for Bologna but on loan to SC Heerenveen till June 2025. Looks like from that, Bologna aren’t too bothered to play him, so maybe offer them £2M (€2.2M)?Sydney van Hooijdoonk, 22, Heerenveen.
Looks useful and, as stated by others, much better than Dykes (and probably cheaper)Pacy forward, can score with both feet - valued at €3M (£2.6M) on Transfermarkt! Sign him up! Got to be a better bet than Dykes!
No, but he says it's fucking cold.Any transfer news yet from our man in the car park?
No not specifically but there are supposed to be a few coming from overseas if there clubs let them leave now rather that at the end of the season.@Peckham Lion heard anything about us being interested in this kid?
Or he might say to him, stay where you are son I get fuckin neck ache every weekBeing both Dutch, I wonder if Flemming knows Sydney?
Would be handy if he did, as he could wax lyrical to him how great our club is, and explain why we are the best football supporters in the world!
If that doesn’t get him to sign, then nothing will!
That's a mighty long loan. It's 2 and half years away.Pacy forward, can score with both feet - valued at €3M (£2.6M) on Transfermarkt! Plays for Bologna but on loan to SC Heerenveen till June 2025. Looks like from that, Bologna aren’t too bothered to play him, so maybe offer them £2M (€2.2M)?

Problem is the leagues in Jersey, Guernsey and Isle of Wight ain't all that.No not specifically but there are supposed to be a few coming from overseas if there clubs let them leave now rather that at the end of the season.
You forgot the Scilly Isles and the The Falklands.Problem is the leagues in Jersey, Guernsey and Isle of Wight ain't all that.
and generally these players are cheaper than a British based equivalent - thats come down to us having fk all scouting bods on the continentThink we've missed out massively in recent years not going abroad to grab a few potential 'Ballers'... Flemming is a prime example of taking a gamble and it paying off. Whether the player/s bring us to the prem or we sell on for a larger fee, I won't complain.
I know its a risk, but much less of a let down when some random bloke from Amsterdam isn't what we would of wanted, compared to the hype of all the other shite we've been linked with or signed back at home.
British talent is so overhyped/overpriced. Unless you find a 'Jed Wallace' type player, it's a bigger gamble due to fees and expectation IMO.
