Rowetts first thought is always how do we stop the opposition? Perhaps he should start thinking how can we make the opposition have to stop us?
That’s it Ron, we are not giving the oppos enough to worry about, so they gain the playing momentum

Interesting little thing I think I’ve noticed. If we don’t score early at home teams seem to grow more into the game and grow in confidence, recently to the point where they take the pi**

Bart has two cleansheets in the league so far.

He has also been involved in a 4-0 loss to Reading, 3-0 losses to Swansea and Leeds. Not ideal, but not just a Bart issue surely?

Our away form is solid this season so far, bar the annual defeat at Norwich.
People getting too worked up about Plymouth after one crazy result. 1-1 tonight

With the way things are with GR & the team at the moment, I wouldn't be surprised if we won tonight.

Either that or we'll grab a very boring draw.

Big respect to any of the fans making the journey tonight on a Tuesday... potential to make or break ya week!

Always wants us to be more miserly. We’ve only scored f#cking SEVEN goals all season and three of them came in one match. We need to score first to get anything. Sit back against Plymouth and we might well be in trouble. They’re a bloody good team at home.

How could GR consider 3 at the back, it’s a disaster. Flat back 4 with Leonard in front as cover but to start attacks. Harding must play, if not now, when everyone else is injured?!

We need movement combined with quick accurate passing, preferably one touch, not 2 touches to control 1 to think then 2 to pass.

Trueman

Danny Mac, Harding, Cooper, Byan

Leonard, De Norre,

Saville

Nisbet, Emahku.

Bench: Bart, Longman BNC, Wallace, Campbell, Flemming, Esse, Bradshaw, Watmore

Trueman: - If not given a try, then why did he get a new contract

Defence: - 4 best solid defenders available

Midfield: - 3 best solid & experienced we have

Forwards: - Nisbet supposed to be best. Emahku fastest to run onto through balls

Subs: - Strong but needs be used to change game at correct time.

I think the past few games has shown us that we need at least a few home produced Millwall type players in the starting XI.

Too many new faces and loan players at once is not good for morale.

We would be a different team if cooper was dropped, he seems to avoid criticism but most of our poor play goes through him and he is more of an octopus when defending (hands first) gives away needless free kicks, is no longer an attacking threat and pumps aimless balls to the oppo.
