Call me thick but what does 'the nominated away side' mean in English? Sounds like we'd have to play away again in the final.
I think that is how it works. They showed highlights from the final between Arsenal and West Ham in 2023 on Millwall TV and it looked to be at Arsenal’s ground.

Last year first team drawn out get's the final, as we were last out the hat no chance it would be at the den, unless they have change the rules, hopefully its in north London or swindon can see well over 5000 making the trip to either
