I think that is how it works. They showed highlights from the final between Arsenal and West Ham in 2023 on Millwall TV and it looked to be at Arsenal’s ground.

Ridiculous that a semi final is only one leg. The boys work hard to get this far and they don't have a chance to play at home. That goes for any of the teams. Nothing surprises me when the FA are running things.

Last year first team drawn out get's the final, as we were last out the hat no chance it would be at the den, unless they have change the rules, hopefully its in north London or swindon can see well over 5000 making the trip to either
