When they both came on against Burnley we got the equaliser then Burnley pushed on in search of a winner, these 2 were completely lost when it came to picking up their players, it stood out a mile, it doesn't mean they won't learn to do it or are lazy and don't want to do it but our team is set up needing them to do it at the start.
The most important thing for the youngsters that don't go out on loan is training with the first team, they'll hopefully be improving week by week if they have the right attitude and I don't think we have seen anything to suggest that they won't have it but patience is needed with them, we can't give them minutes on the pitch at the expense of points and still expect to be challenging for the play offs, experience counts for a lot in our current situation.
