30 years at the New Den

Was a season ticket holder from the mid 70s until early 2000s.

All seater stadiums kill me, with the lack of freedom to move around. Only do a couple of games a season these days, it’s just not the same.
 
We moved out the area when I was still at primary school and whilst I have fond memories of the old place, the new gaff is the one I really know, going regularly in my 20’s with my brothers. Golden days for me.

Took my wife and two young girls last season to the Coventry game. When the winner went in, my eldest and I were jumping around like nutters. She was taking it all in and I was looking at her, experiencing that few seconds of delight. I was as proud as the day she was born.

That is Millwall for me, the stadium means shit. Must have been the same for my Grandad and Uncle when they first took me and my brother-,job done!
