For anyone who lost out on train tickets, they originally offered a transfer of tickets, date/time when it was first cancelled and had until today to change tickets, have rung them and said about how much dearer it is now and would prefer a refund, after 40 mins on the phone have given full refund now booked tickets to Newcastle for £60 cheaper (for 6 of us) so some beer money for us as well, hope this helps some of you.
