Going to be hard for teams going up to invest if theres no parachute payment but there does need to be something done, perhaps teams that go back straight up after being relegated get considerably less if they go down again, or teams relegated cant sign players on loan (burnley had 6 ,4 from premier clubs) surly they have more than enough money to sign players
