In unfortunate tragic circumstances, I lost my uncle last week to cancer. They gave him 18months to live last Thursday, then 6 months on Friday, and by the Saturday evening he passed away. I'll raise a glass to them both this evening, Mama.
Shit things like this in life make you think how lucky we are to still grace the planet.

My brother, another ardent Millwall supporter has been diagnosed with lung cancer. He has had five sessions of radiotherapy which has knocked him for six. He will not know the prognosis until August.

It's a terrible disease.
