The offer includes add ons for appearences made, goals scored, promotion. etc, The actual fee/value of player will be half the amount being touted about, so around 1.5 to £1.8 million and payed over installments. I very much doubt that we have £3million to spend on one player, that is going against our new strategy of buying younger players with a sell on value,
