It's correct because executive boxes and seats are included. Without those included the capacity is 19,253. Because of security and OB meddling we will never actually get a full house.

Figures aren't attendance but tickets sold/given away as we have seen for some of our games and Birmingham last night was given as over 17,000.

Health and safety from the council plus old bill having there say before a safety certificate is issued for the match in question is the reason for limits being put on a capacity crowd. If the club don't agree with what's stipulated the game won't be allowed to go ahead with fans in the ground. Night games at every club have a reduced capacity on the grounds of health and safety. Also reckon that the bigger the crowd the more it costs the club for more stewards/ security.There's a lot more stewards inside the ground because there's less OB inside than there used to be.
