Players out of Contract

Much of this stuff is guesswork. I am only going on what I know. I spoke to Bart at the club dinner last summer and he said that he was just looking at seeing out his contract for this season. He has other plans outside football but he didn’t elaborate on what they were. If the club came up with an attractive offer then maybe he might reconsider. Maybe Marshall’s goalkeeping coach position might be under consideration. After all it was him that pressed us to sign Trueman who seems happy to draw a fat wedge each week and sit on the bench if needed but if not he does sweet FA. He doesn’t even turn out for the ‘21’s!
Joe was pressed about contract situations a couple of weeks ago and he said that all these matters would be resolved at the end of the season. Sav said in an article a few weeks ago that he would like to see out his career at Millwall. Who knows?

It's probably worth pointing out that the bottom 3/4 sides won't be eyeing up Harding in the January window to keep them in the Championship this season (regardless of his three goals). He's under contract to the 30th June, so they won't get him on a freebie in this window, even by offering him the terms he wants. To do that, they would have to offer Millwall a transfer fee first... And that won't happen, he's worth more to Millwall football club until the end of the season, "especially if he helps to keep their club in the Championship this season!".
Don't tell him pike.

A thread about players contracts that a shit clickbait site has made up and it's only January

:slap:

Just can't wait until June when the sheepskin is sent off for a mot and the black polo neck and shades get a run out.

Not surprised it's quit on here.

:ROFLMAO:

No doubt, Joe will be advised on the availability of this lot:

"Clubs in all leagues will still be able to sign players as free agents after the deadline, and as long as they are not officially attached to any club on Friday, Feb 2nd."

Just when you think it's all over...

Bart must be fed up with constantly being dropped.
Twice for letting in a load of goals per game. Sarkic has kept four clean sheets and is the future. It was suggested by some experts on here that Bart should retire after the shitshow against Reading. Then Sarkic was shit and Rowetts signing. Now he's not shit and Barts backers have gone quiet until the next time.

We all know that it's the defenders fault when Bart lets in three goals per game. It's also the Defenders doing when Sarkic keeps a clean sheet. On the strength of those facts i think we don't need a keeper and should just play rush goalie until we fuck the whole team off in June. Did you know Leonards contract ran out in November and he hasn't been seen since? No me neither but according clickbaitforcunts.com he's left the building. Les Briley still has four year left on his contract but is out for the next few games suffering from slight old age.

These threads are started by people that are not on drugs--------Fucking hell :rotfl:
Harding wouldn’t have signed a 1 year contract ffs. He’s 27 not 37.
Don't spoil it for him. Fancy a line of salt dude? :bounce::innocent:

The only people who really know the minor details of contracts are the players, their agents and senior club officials. Very often things like contract length, salaries and bonuses are quite complex and triggered by certain conditions. Far too nuanced for most of the thick cunts that follow us anyway.

It always amazes me that people sift through these bullshit sites that are riddled with inaccuracies and guesswork then spend so much time discussing them as though it’s actual fact.
Why do you keep doing this?

You pop up on a thread, say something sensible and piss all over people's delusions.

The way you carry on on here anyone would think this was a site for Millwall fans and not Charlton ones who should be able to soil themselves with excitement at their latest speculative supposition.

Very sadly, you cannot give a new contract to Leonard or Hutch. They are still very good players on their day, but We have to start building for the future. You get around 20 games or so out of Leonard max, (this year he’s played more than the last couple), but you’ll be lucky to get 10-15 out of Hutch now.Hea missed so many games the last few years, it’s actually one of the reasons Fulham let him go. Both near our top earners as well. Can’t be blinded by loyalty and nostalgia, either a coaching job or he bye and thank you. Need some younger fitter players in, sadly!
