Luton's first Premier League home game postponed

Luton Town's first Premier League home game is postponed with the club unable to guarantee improvement works at Kenilworth Road would be completed in time.

Not that I disagree with this decision but over the years there have been non league clubs who have had to have their ground improvements done before the season end and before they knew whether they were promoted or not, some of which have had promotion denied because their ground wasn't up to scratch.
