Thats spot on. You have to be ready to go on the alloted time and the rule is be there 10 minutes before the start. I wonder if JE was a bit too soft on the team that has lead him to think he can get away with this stuff?I used to work alongside an ex-army fella and arrived on time for an agreed meeting. He said when he was in the army if you turned up on time you were 10mins late!
