That was fucking appalling! Been saying it for ages we need at least one coach on the management team who was an attack minded player, far to many ex defenders in coaching roles.

Terrible performance from the prem ref takes nothing away from our Dinosaur schoolboy approach to playing football. How many times were 3 or 4 players going for the same ball. No creativity apart from hoofball , no movement, no fucking idea basically.
Barely strung a passing move together all game. But for Bart and they're inability to finish it could have been embarrassing.
Shackleton is not a midfield player, more a winger or wing back. Too fucking slow when we do have the ball, other than just booting it up field.I'm sure we can play decent football with the right 11 and the right tactics. If he don't change it we are in for a fucking long old season.

And tactics. Would be nice to have some idea how we are supposed to be playing. Whenever we get a set piece you just know exactly what is going to happen.

Absolutely got what deserved,a tragic performance where change(s) need to be made.
Malone is not fit to wear the shirt, bottled a challenge and gave the up the chase towards the end of the first half although no one really comes out with any credit probably with exception to Saville imo.

Special mention for Afobe who was diabolical.
When he broke with the ball around 70 minutes all he had to do was lay it off to the overlapping Burey on his left who would have gone 1v1 with their keeper. But no, he decides to try and beat 2 defenders and a golden chance was lost
Worst transfer news of the summer Benik’s move to the Belgium club collapsing.
Need to play the German with Bradshaw and Flemming in the hole behind them. Honeyman too lightweight
