Everton points again,

Again they have been deducted points , can't stand the club but i'm sure they aren't the only club guilty of this..

I agree they should be penalised in some way if they have breached the rules but to keep reducing points every other week is wrong. Give them one almighty reduction by all means but leave it as that, otherwise what is stopping the FA from giving them a points deduction at the end of the season knowing they can't surpass the total tally to avoid relegation.

Talking of points reduction, does anyone have any news on the QPR financial situation? Someone posted that they had broken the rules and were being investigated.

They pleaded guilty! as did Nottm Forest. They got two ponts deducted but Forest got four points deducted. This was a different charge to the one they previously appealed and won getting the 10 point deduction reduced to 6.
Double the deduction would ensure justice. Perhaps an explanation regarding how there was a different point deduction between Nottm Forest and Everton.
Strange decision on Forest as they were holding out for a higher fee for Johnson and got £46 million, which would have kept them within the FFP rules.
