When they sold Richarlison the club said that the money put them in line with FFP rules, Gordon has since left for a decent amount so it might not be as clear cut as you might think.
The good news is that even if they get away with this, they still need to finance a new stadium and a squad that keeps them in the top division.

I know that lawyers can argue black is white, but why would that matter when payments were made for Richarlison and/or Gordon? If they were made during the 21/22 season then the amounts would surely appear in the accounts? If they were outside this period, so what? Everton were in breach of the rules for the 3-year period.
