Creating Millwall profile

I'm a ST holder, but keep getting emails about this. First step, they want to bank check me. Had my account hacked before Christmas so bit wary about giving details out. Why do they need it? Always buy my ST online. What's the profile for?

I think it's some sort of dating profile. They try and hook you up with someone near where you sit and a similar age etc.

I'd be a bit suspicious about that. I've set up a Millwall profile and only had to enter the usual stuff of name address and email. I am a member and had to put in my existing member number and I seem to remember I had to jump through a few hoops for that but sure my bank detail was never needed.

If you pay by credit or debit card there’s no need for them to want your bank details.

Appears very suspicious to me.

I didnt have to give any bank details. Why would you its just a method to ID yourself when buying tickets.

I recently contacted Shona and got no response. She had replied on previous occasions, but I have heard others not getting any replies even with follow up emails.
