The difference between championship football and division 1 must be at least 5 million pound roughly so why would you want to lose this income if we went down so somehow surely this massive dip in form needs to be sorted out one way or another but the problem is do we stick or twist with the manager.

The issue as I see it is that they need to get rid of the players OR the manager... Joe's tactics are clearly not adhering to the players, so there is clear incompatibility here, and seeing as we need a team (regardless how bad some of them are), to have any chance of avoiding relegation, they HAVE TO remove the manager now to allow someone with tactical nous and relevant experience to get the team to do their job properly.... no point them sacking him with just 2 months to go and then scratching their heads wondering why we were not saved!

Far more than 5 million in overall revenue but that isn't our main problem, starting over again building a squad back up to what we have now might not happen again.
There is a different financial set of rules in Div 1 so our wage bill will be restricted and we will be building a squad from scratch.
One poor season and staying in the division is no problem but relegation could set us back many years.
