Cardiff desperate or stupid?

Trying to get 100m compensation from Nates because

"If Sala had been able to play, he would inevitably have scored goals between January and June 2019 and Cardiff would have remained in the Premier League. It would be unrealistic to think that he would not have scored any goals," Jones told a hearing in June 2023.

I think we should take a writ out against the EFL/FA for supplying us with biased shit refs as we would be in the Premshit by now. 🤣🤣🤣

Desperate & Stupid… how can they quantify how many goals he’s score ahead of whoever played in his position and which games would be impacted positively? Would he stay fit, would the rest of their players perform in exactly the same way with him in the squad? He could have made them worse if he did not fit in. This is a pointless exercise and makes them look ridiculous.

They need to make their minds up. Previously, they were trying to avoid paying the transfer fee because he wasn't their player.
If he wasn't their player, how in hell do they demand compensation.
Scummiest club ever with how they've gone about all this.
Nantes or Cardiff would have had him insured. Nantes would get paid out if the contract had not been signed & he was still their player. If the contract had been signed then Cardiff should have insured him as their player.

Until both the medical is passed & the contract signed he is still a Nates player.
