If nothing else, Afobe’s, Freeman’s and Burke’s injury problems might make Rowett (or a new manager if he comes in next season), think twice in future about taking other club’s players on loan, when we still have to pay a percentage of their wages, even when they’re crocked!
It’s just a shame that Rowett felt the need to bring in Burke and Freeman during the transfer window, when he could have saved those loan wages by giving more game time to the likes of Burey, Lovelace, Muller, Boateng, etc. I mean, the club are already paying these players a wage, so why bring in more costly loan players, only for them to keep our youth players relegated to just warming the bench?

The plumbing wants sorting in the bogs in the Dockers.Find them some jobs to do. Paint the Den, pick up rubbish, do the washing, serve the pies and pull pints. They’ll loose their fitness sitting on their arses.

Trouble is any match fitness he may have started to get will now be lost and he'll be back to square one.
