Haven’t read all of it properly, not many arrests (wet spam were top) but:
“Millwall, meanwhile, have the second-highest number of football banning orders in place at 66, behind only United’s 69, and had more violent disorder arrests (21) than any other club”
Official figures apparently

All you have to do is Google:
“Football arrests HMRC” and you’ve got all the charts you’ll ever want (the figures were released today)
& I’m not kidding 🙈

I’m
Would it be fair to say that we're probably the most stringently, and overly policed football club in Britain?
Add to that the fact that Lurch & Co go out of their way to aggravate supporters, then those figures are possibly quite inflated, compared to others.
You’re 100% right as to why we’ve got so many banning orders (& the grass line of course)

This. In a nutshell. Don't need hundreds of pages of reports and loads of media coverage. Simple fact is we are spied on by our own club, have some bastard stewards and Lurch is a cunt.

Banning orders are issued for next to fuck all nowadays. Very few of them are for actual violence which is what they were first used for. You can be banned for refusing to sit down. Taking beer into the stands, thowing a wanker sign and so on. Many of the reasons that can cop you a ban are menial. It's also important to point out that the OB get paid/ a commision for every banning that is issued. It's in there interest to have you chucked out and charged. Banning orders also cover what is classed as hate crimes posted online by football fans. It's an industry driven by financial incentive.

Marvellous isn’t it, when all the time kids are getting stabbed in the street. Even burglaries are getting a blank.
