Rochester is a much nicer place for a drink and only one stop from Gillingham.

There’s a decent pie mash shop there called Cathedral Pies. It’s good. No Arments but still very good. George, the young lad who runs it is Millwall and from the manor originally. Although he openly admits he’s more in to his boxing than his football, he does go to the odd game. Anyway, highly recommended and some really decent pubs on the high street

I genuinely think the JB tragedy has pulled everyone together and made people want to come out

Was thinking the other day that it was some salvation that JB got to see the den full on a regular basis before his tragic passing.

Was thinking the other day that it was some salvation that JB got to see the den full on a regular basis before his tragic passing.

And on his last visit to the ground he got a standing ovation from the fans. That has never happened with any chairman of any football club ever. As last memories go, that is special.
