How many head injuries have crept into the game, since refs have to stop the game for one. Biggest and easiest new form of cheating. Prem based.

I understand stopping for head injuries. However when did it become the norm, having to wait for the ref to blow his whistle when taking a free kick! No doubt if someone bangs a quick in the goal the ref will make them retake it.
Oh no we have to wait for the entire oppo team to get back, have a chat with the keeper, line the wall up & decide which 3 players will be fouling Cooper.

I understand stopping for head injuries, not feigning a head injury when it looks like your side are under pressure. Out of all the head injuries a game has stopped for I don’t think any have been serious. Stop a game for head injury off for 5 minutes.
