We have scored 17 goals in 17 league games only the bottom 3 teams have scored less.Our defence bar a few clangers keeps us competitive. We need to find more goals to be in the shake up come the end of the season.

I'm a born pessimist so I'm not betting on the playoffs. But outside of Fulham and Bournemouth, it's a fairly mediocre Championship this year. Going forward, yes, we're limited. But when you see the likes of Coventry and Stoke in playoff positions, you couldn't rule us out. You can say we lack quality but does anyone really think that Stoke and Coventry are quality sides? There's about a dozen sides could end up in the playoffs this year and we're one of them.

I posted it just to open up a discussion. The quality in the Championship has dropped. Proved by the fact that even playing shit football we are in danger of making the playoffs! God forbid that we should win them

Nope. But in general this season I can’t say that I’ve been excited by the standard in the division. As has been mentioned, apart from the Premiership yo-yo teams, the remainder are playing pretty boring football.

If we had a 15+ goal a season striker with pace, then we could be up there. Playing less defensive players would also help.
