Perhaps he needs the freedom that Jed was given. I have no idea what his favoured position is but he has looked isolated at times. He seems the type of player that comes alive with the ball at his feet and has options on. Flair players will drift in and out of games more so when they can't get a foothold in a game.

I think that's the problem: It's clear that Fleming is a technically gifted player but it doesn't appear clear to anyone - including Fleming(?) - what is his best position. I had this feeling last season, but it was easy to push such thoughts aside when he was scoring goals.

At the moment, we seem to be playing Fleming because, "he's too good to leave out", rather than knowing what role we want him to play. Hopefully, GR will sort out things on the training ground.
