Spoke to him at last years club dinner and he told me that this would be his last year. Did not want to be loaned out to play L1 football and doesn’t want to coach. Has other interests outside football. Great servant and will be missed.

He was and Frank Fielding lasted about 10 mins first game of the season before going off injured. What a waste of space but Bart has been a great keeper for us.
