The mighty Lions V Birmingham match thread

On my way home going to my stepdaughter’s birthday in Hornchurch ment to be there at 5 but who cares lol we made hard work of that thought Birmingham were crap in the 1st half need a forward who can score desperately but we won that’s all that matters at the moment well done to Neil and the team 100 percent effort is all we ask for as Millwall fans and we are getting that coyl

Serious advice...GO TO THE HOSPITAL NOW!
Please do not wait a moment longer.
You may have an infection or be about to have a heart attack.
Or it might be something less serious.
Either way, please get it checked out now.
Monday could be too late.
Its been like it all week. Wasnt until i went to my mums yesterday to use her blood pressure machine that i realised how bad it was. I originally thought it was because i was congested and coughing up crap as i had covid. Its gone down since this morning to 150/103. As long as it keeps going in that direction i wont clog up the hospital. Patients are in beds down corridors in both hospitals surrounding me. I am a stubborn git also. I watched the Millwall game and i was very muted, even in the 90th minute!

Joe Bryan was my MOM today. Savs played well, some great tackles and a super corner for Tangas goal. Leonard a little exposed to pace, but that determination in the very last moment of the game epitomises everything about a Neil Harris team. Its never going to be pretty, but just look what someone who installs a little belief in the players can do, and a change of formation to 4-4-2 just works for us. Love it or hate it, a wins a win. Cant see us getting much change out of Leeds. But our recent run of results is excellent. What a shrewd move to get Harris back.

Got to hospital you lunatic. Better to be on a bed in the hospital, than a bed in the morgue! In my 30s as well far too many of us think we’re too young to have problems

Don’t fuck about with your health mate. Get up the quacks

Why hasn't he made any substitutions? Almost as if he is happy with 0-0 but we should be winning these games, what doesn't he like in Casper? Arguably our best player to hold the ball and pass it forward
Hope he's saving him for Leeds give Sav or Billy a break. Or in for 007.

I have taken myself here. Went mad an hour ago. 187/117. Dont make this thread about me please... Millwall won again :grinning:

If you take BP readings at home, use this link below to check your figures.
I won't put up the findings for your two earlier readings, but believe me, it's worth having a look.

Mate, I collapsed in January 2022 and went white as sheet. I thought I was about to have a heart attack. Ambulance car turned up after 20 mins and asked me what Covid jab I’d had, when and how I felt after it. My blood pressure went up to 200/125.

I had the choice of sitting in A&E on a Saturday morning or seeing a specialist in the Monday.

I saw the specialist on the Monday and it was down to 180/110, still not good but better than it was.

I’m now in 32g of Candestarten a day and although my BP is still a bit high - 145/90, it’s manageable for the minute.

Deal with it mate. When I’m off the booze, up my exercise etc it comes down. I’m always stressed because of work, so I have to manage it, but start to understand what makes it spike. I know mines booze and stress, which I’m working on. Go back to basics, live like a monk for a while and start to understand what happens to spike it. It could be illness/virus, it could be anything.

Good luck - keep an open mind, it will be fine.
