Quotes from the Charlton no life forum

Deep down, I thought that they would still stay up, but then again, on seeing this over at 'No Life' shows how much in the shit they really are. Below is the form table for the last ten games and it looks like the teams around them are capable of picking up points here and there.

Jesus Jones really needs to start using his miracles, because if he doesn't, we know what those pesky Spotters are like - They will start throwing an Effigy of him nailed to a cross onto the pitch over the Easter games. They're ruthless...
:grinning:

Sorry the top two places are missing - But you can't really expect anything better posted by someone in SE7.

Next home game the club are doing a special offer- Season ticket holders can bring an enemy friend for free.

3 points from a possible 33 for the spotters and 13 matches without a victory. 8 defeats in 10. 🤣

Their next 4 fixtures for this month:

Tuesday 13th home against Lincoln who sit 10th
Saturday 17th away against Bolton, who sit 3rd
Saturday 24th home to Portsmouth, who sit top
Tuesday 27th away to Derby who sit 2nd

What do we reckon? Maybe a draw against Lincoln, but definitely two defeats away to Bolton and Derby. They will probably beat Portsmouth as they seem to be Pompey’s bogey side recently, so maybe 4 points maximum.

Hopefully they’ll lose all 4 and come the end of Feb it’ll be 17 matches without a victory and they will be squarely in the relegation shit, with Jones desperately hoping that his beloved Cardiff City sack their manager and throw him a much needed lifeline!

The consensus on their forum is that they're doomed. It's no surprise considering they haven't won since October. If the fans have given up and accepted defeat then i can't see that he;ping the players. Jones might be a good manager but has he got any experience fighting relegation battles with a pile of jank players? Hopefully not.

Just for their sheer arrogance and almost snobbery they deserve to suffer and go down. A big dose of reality does the world of good sometimes.

A few seasons in the fourth division should be enough to make them realize that they're not the big club or sleeping giant that they think they are.

Fuck em

Smallwall eh :wave::wave:

This

Exactly. No owner seems to be good enough for them. They hounded at one, even travelling to Belgium to abuse him during his birthday meal. They fawned over 'His Excellency'; they sung along to the dirges of the Poundshop Knopfler who was going to lead them to Champions League glory, and now they're turning on the new owners. With fans like this, who needs enemies!

Is mark Kennedy still the manager at Lincoln? Funny as if he turns them over as well
Unfortunately he isn’t.

He got binned after a poor run of results but Lincoln sit 10th at the moment with 3 draws and two wins in their last 5 games, so they could be on a run of 3 wins on the trot if they beat the spotters come Tuesday night.

Port Vale are away to the Posh on the same night, so doubt they’d get a win there. If they got a draw though and Lincoln win at the Valium, Port Vale would be out of that 4th relegation spot and dump the spotters into it.

Nearly there :grinning: :nopity::nopity:
I assume he's dead then

Didn't lose today, tartan rugs thrown all over the place such was the joy of a clean sheet.
bbc reporter did leave us with some good news though.

Portsmouth failed to capitalise on losses for both Derby and Bolton and although the stalemate meant Charlton claimed another impressive point, they are now 18 games without a victory, matching the longest winless streak in the club's history.
