Played today and found the ball I lost at the 14th 6 feet from where we searched and very playable.Started on the 10th with a par 4 - one up.
Won 11th but lost 12th to a birdie - still one up.
Won 13th with a birdie but a lost ball at the next - still one up.
Won 15th with a par but lost the 16th to a birdie - still one up.
Lost 17th and 18th one down.
Halved 1st, 2nd and 3rd but a par at the 4th brings the match back to all square.
Halved 5th and 6th but lost 7th and 8th to pars and the match 2&1.
Not bad considering I was playing someone 38 years younger than me and only receiving 4 shots.
Will that do Peckham?
I had a shot at that hole and my opponent was in trouble. In all probability, I would have won the hole and teed off the last all square.
