Not sure whose accused of what etc. If found guilty of breaking any particular rule which has affected points gained, then any penalty,. be it fines, points etc should be immediately applied in the current season. If that is not possible then it should be done a.s.a.p. e.g. Everton. So, if guilty, QPR having gained an unfair advantage either last season or this, are in trouble NOW!
