Millwall Football Club wishes to issue supporters with an update regarding the installation of memorial stones at The Den. The club now has contact details and purchase information for 58 of the 95 orders made with Your Tribute Ltd, who continue failing to respond to all Millwall’s correspondence. As outlined previously, it is vital that the remaining 40 supporters who made orders with your Tribute contact the club as soon as possible and ideally before this Friday 24th March. This should be done by forwarding your order confirmation via email to slo@millwallfc.co.uk. Immediately after that date, the club will be placing an order with an alternative provider to produce and install the memorial stones in line with the prior purchase information supplied to Millwall so far. As a gesture of goodwill, and as is appropriate given the sensitive nature of this service, the cost of this for those who have not received a refund will be covered in full by the club. New lead times will be communicated directly with fans who have outstanding orders. As mentioned in an earlier statement, supporters who have not yet contacted Your Tribute directly to request a refund following the non-delivery of their service should do so as these obligations are governed by the contract between Your Tribute and each fan who ordered. Supporters are also again urged to assess whether their credit or debit card provider can recover any funds through the “chargeback scheme”. The club would like to finish by once again apologising to fans who have been affected by this unacceptable sequence of events and thanks everyone involved for their patience and understanding. |
