Anyone know why he didn’t play or on the bench for Sheffield match?

Official story was that he was rested. A slap on the wrist I think for a poor performance against Luton. Maybe he'll be back today?

He was seriously at fault, albeit with others, for Luton’s 2nd goal.

As good as he is going forward, he’s not an imposing defender and I suspect GR went for Leonard because he was less likely to be bullied by Sheffield United.

There's got to be more to this than being dropped for one poor performance. If this applied to the rest of the team we'd have 5 or 6 players being dropped every week on a rolling basis.

If thats the case, Rowett needs to have a good look in the mirror, there are players who have been consistantly bad for most of the season, Danny Mac is not one of those players.

Does this mean Rowett is a bit of a bully with the youngsters, while being scared to drop senior players who have not performed, if so we need him out the door because clubs like ours need to blood youngsters to survive.

If that is the case then we must look to improve right back position in january. If Danny does not play we have Leonard and Mitchell two centre midfielders as cover

The player should be shown the correct way by the manager and given a chance to put things right in the next game, i don't see how dropping someone is going to improve them or play without fear of being singled out as a scapegoat.
