Was going to moan as I assumed Afobe would want a 3 year deal and I could see him being a drain on wages towards the end of if but a 1 year deal is good business for us I feel.

Agree completely. First game he played for us, I thought he looks capable of becoming the next Patrick Viera for Arsenal. Surely destined for better things.
