Millwall were beaten – making it back-to-back defeats – by league leaders Scunthorpe as the Irons’ club record unbeaten home run was extended to 23 games.
Scunthorpe made the breakthrough late in the first half when Paddy Madden turned in a freekick from Josh Morris. That lead was extended through Hakeeb Adelakun as he scored on the stroke of half time.
Madden completed his brace – and the scoring – when he made it three midway through the second half.
