Millwall secured a win over Coventry in League 1 on Saturday.
Coventry’s fourth straight defeat kept them bottom of the league and cut adrift whereas Millwall are now eight unbeaten. But this 2-0 win over the Sky Blues was a first victory in five – after four successive draws – taking the Lions to within two points of the play-offs.
Goals in either half from Jake Cooper and Steve Morrison secured the points.
