Steve Lomas was again bemoaning our inability to defend set pieces following our 2-1 defeat to Nottingham Forest in the Capital One Cup.

Both Forest goals came from corners, and Lomas was forced once again to talk about our defensive frailties to the official site.

‘Our Achilles’ heel is that we’re conceding poor goals. Set plays are a massive part of the game and we have to get meaner with them. I couldn’t fault the effort or quality from the players. The fans who came will have gone home scratching their heads as to how we didn’t win the game, when you have 16 shots on goal you’re entitled to think you should have got something.’
