Manager Ian Holloway has recruited a former charge from Crystal Palace in the shape of midfielder Owen Garvan to help us during the end of season run in.

The 26 year old midfielder joined them from Ipswich back in 2010 and has gone on to feature in 86 games for them, but his opportunities have been seriously limited this campaign with both Holloway and then Tony Pulis leaving him out of the 25 man squad.

He has joined us on loan until the end of the current season, and speaking to the official site after completing the formalities, he explained.

‘Millwall are in a bit of a difficult situation but hopefully I can help play my part in turning the results around. As a professional you can’t beat that feeling of playing on a Saturday and picking up three points, and that’s what I’m here to achieve.’
