Manager Neil Harris has confirmed that all three summer signings will play some part in the game against Bromley on Saturday.

With Millwall back from the Portugal training camp now, attentions turn to Saturday’s game at Hayes Lane and Harris told the official site that fans would get their first chances to see David Worrall, Shaun Hutchinson and Gregg Wylde in action following their moves to the club over the summer and he also planned to get match minutes into all 22 players who spent the week out in sunnier climes.

Missing from the game are Shane Ferguson who is on an extended break following the European Championships, Shaun Cummings is sidelined with injury, and Joe Martin won’t be risked as he comes back from a calf injury.

‘Everyone is excited to be playing in front of the fans again. It has been an extremely encouraging opening two weeks of pre-season training and now we have to continue to build the players’ fitness levels with some competitive friendly action.’

Harris knows we can expect a good test against Bromley, just like they gave us last year, so he feels it will set us up nicely for the games that are to come.

‘I know Bromley will provide us with a stern test, just as they did this time last year, so it’ll be a good chance for the boys to get back into the swing of things ahead of further games against Dartford, Crawley, Dover and Brentford. Everyone got 45 minutes under their belts against Nottingham Forest earlier this week so on Saturday there will be a few who get 60 while others get 30. The latter will then get more minutes at Dartford so the squad continue to be on a level playing field fitness-wise.’
