Yesterday Millwall appointed Andrew Mills to the position of Head of Recruitment at The Den.
Mills come to us with over 20 years experience working in the sports industry, and he has taken the position with immediate effect.
Having got a good background in football, Mills comes to us with experience of being Chief Executive at both Brentford and Aldershot and he also worked for Charlton previously.
He is also a former football agent and his job will be to improve and oversee our scouting department in the future.
Speaking to the official site, Chief Executive Andy Ambler said.
‘We have been looking to invest more in this area of the club for some time now and are delighted that Andrew, who has a wealth of experience in football, has agreed to join us.’
