The Football League have now announced the Match Day officials that will take charge of the game against Peterborough United this Tuesday.
Millwall travel to Peterborough United on Tuesday August 16 for the game at London Road and the match carries a 7.45pm kick off.
Referee: Ross Joyce
Linesmen: Michael Webb and Alix Pashley
Fourth Official: Ian Dudley
Match Day referee Joyce has officiated three games in 2016/17 with a return of 13 yellow cards and zero red cards.
He took in 29 matches in 2015/16 and in those games, across all competitions and football divisions, he handed out a total of 106 yellow cards and six red cards.
He was most card happy in the match between Gillingham and Port Vale in April where he showed eight yellow cards. Prior to that in the Mansfield and Wimbledon game in September he showed seven yellows and one red.
Let`s hope it`s not another repeat and more of our players edge closer to automatic bans.
